MIR50® – [Custom 450 (modified) Non-Galling, High Strength Stainless Steel PSQ Shaft]
This is a uniquely modified Custom 450 stainless that blends toughness and corrosion resistance into one stainless steel. This non-galling stainless is offered both in pump shaft quality (TGP only) and rough turned oversize. Mir50 is well-known as the “4340 of the stainless world”. Typical hardness is Rockwell “C” 26/30. Typical tensile strength is 140,000 PSI. Agency concurrence includes API-6A, FDA, AMS-5763 (chemistry only) and NACE MR-01-75-097 revision.

MIR50® Bushing Stock – [Custom 450 (modified) Non-Galling, Corrosion Resistant, Stainless Hollow Stock]
This particular heavy hollow stainless is a superior alternative to 303, 304, and 316 stainless steels. It is offered in a rough machined condition both on the O.D. and I.D. for proper clean-up allowance. It provides excellent serviceability in a variety of industrial applications for food processing, chemical and paper industries. Typical hardness is Rockwell “C” 26/30. This unique stainless is not gummy and will hold a bright finish; parts will come apart easily after substantial time in service.

CENCOR™ TGP – [316 Stainless, Non-Magnetic, Precision-Finish Stainless Steel Shaft]
A Chrome-Nickel-Moly austenitic stainless shaft suitable for high temperature service to approximately 1400°F. It offers excellent corrosion resistance. It meets or exceeds criteria for 316L/316 Stainless Dual Certification. This particular stainless offers a higher degree of resistance to scaling, atmospheric and general corrosion than any of the 300 series austenitic grades. Typical hardness is 186 BHN. Typical tensile strength is 82,000 PSI.

ASC2250® LDX – [High Performance, Corrosion Resistant, Lean Duplex Stainless Steel Shaft]
This particular duplex stainless steel shaft exhibits equal parts Austenite and Ferrite. This grade (2101 Duplex) will outperform most austenitic grades in a host of critical service applications. It is engineered to resist stress corrosion cracking (SCC), corrosion fatigue, and pitting. Typical hardness is 290 BHN. Typical tensile strength is 94,000 PSI minimum. Agency certifications include USDA approval for dairy processing, (3-A format for sanitary and practice standards; National Sanitation Foundation approval for drinking water applications (NSF Section 61).

ASC2250® LDX PLATES & STRIPS – [Corrosion Resistant, Lean Duplex Stainless Steel Plate & Strips]
Offer nearly 3 times the strength of type 316L stainless plate, and has a higher wear resistance. Typical applications includes stainless brackets, containers, guides, washers, liners and wear strips. This hybrid stainless steel plate exhibits equal parts Ferrite and Austenite. Excellent product for use in certain sour service environments over 410 and 416 stainless. Consider ASC2250 LDX as a superior replacement to 304, 316, and 430 type materials for food grade stainless applications.
